Integrated Collaboration and Environmental Review Tool (Software: Environmental Process Tool). The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is required to perform environmental studies including, but not limited to: field research, data analysis, coordination with jurisdictional agencies, document and report preparation, and mitigation plan or conservation plan preparation. Mitigation plans include site selection, preparation of the conceptual plans, and coordination with agencies. This activity does not include landscape plans, excavation cross sections, and other Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) level documentation.
