ODOT is seeking a General Contractor to construct a new maintenance station in Meacham, Oregon. ODOT's existing Meacham Maintenance Station is used to support ODOT's highway maintenance activities on nearby Interstate 84 and other state highways through the Blue Mountains between La Grande and Pendleton in Eastern Oregon. Facility functions include equipment servicing, minor repairs, storage, fueling, de-icing, material stockpiling, and crew areas. The existing maintenance station is not large enough to house current trucks and equipment and is becoming obsolete, necessitating the replacement of the existing shop building. Open House ODOT will host an Open House for potential general contractors and subcontractors on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 10 a.m. to noon at ODOT's District 12 office at 1327 SE 3rd St, Pendleton, Oregon. Crow Engineering and the ODOT team will present an overview of the project design. This Open House is an opportunity for general contractors and local subcontractors to meet and network about the project.
