The Oregon Department of Transportation ("ODOT" or "Agency") is seeking Proposals from Professional Services and Related Services firms to provide ROW expertise and related on-call ROW services to assist Agency on various statewide transportation projects (the "Services") through WOCs issued under PAs with the Consultant(s) for those Services. Proposers responding to the RFP do so solely at their expense, and Agency is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with the RFP. General Background Information: Consultant shall provide technical expertise for on-call Right-of-Way ("ROW") and related Services (the "Services") to support statewide transportation projects. Consultant shall assist Agency to fulfill ODOT, Federal and State government agency obligations and ensure that appropriate standards, codes, rules and requirements are met for ODOT transportation projects. The Services shall be performed in accordance with the Agency Right of Way Manual, Contractor Services Guide, the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policy Act, as amended, and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations. ODOT manuals and guides can be found at: The Menu of Services for each assignment will vary in complexity and duration depending upon the particular project. WOCs will be assigned to Consultant by the Agency as requests for Services are received, as further detailed in Section E. Tasks, Deliverables and Schedule section of the Attachment C Sample PA and Exhibit F to the Sample PA. The Agency reserves the right to cancel any task or assignment, in writing, at the Agency's sole discretion. The Services that may be assigned under WOCs are further described in Exhibit A, Menu of Services of the sample PA (RFP Attachment A). Consultant shall ensure that all Project Services will be completed on time, within budget, and will meet Agency objectives.
