DescriptionPUBLIC NOTICE The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Transportation, intends to enter into a contract with BidX.com, Inc. which will provide a license for internet bidding services compatible with AASHTOWare Project Expedite and its replacement AASHTOWare Project Bids. The term of the contract is expected to be approximately 5 years beginning July 2018. ODOT reserves the right to extend the contract for additional time for the services provided. ODOT is not soliciting for new software or yet to be developed software. See the Sole Source Justification for additional information. Protests of the Sole Source award must be received by David Brudnok to the e-mail specified below, no later than the closing date of this Sole Source Notice. Agency will not consider any protest submitted after this deadline. Each protest must include the reasons for the protest (supported by factual documentation) and must comply with OAR 125-247-0710. Protests not complying with OAR 125-247-0710 will not be considered. Agency will resolve all timely submitted protests in accordance with applicable Oregon Administrative Rules. Firms that can provide ODOT a license for internet bidding services compatible with AASHTOWare Project Expedite and its replacement AASHTOWare Project Bids may protest the intended contract award to BidX.com, Inc. Protests must be in writing, e-mail is acceptable, and sent to David Brudnok at the address below, prior to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, May 21, 2018.
